Our team members at Legacy Therapeutics operate as independent contractors and not as Employees. They operate as autonomous individuals managing their schedule, work, and style of treatment. Each contractor brings a unique set of skills and abilities that represent them.

We’ve got parking just for you! As you approach our building from 3rd Street or Macleod Trail, you’ll notice a fence separating us from the vibrant “Greedy Donut” store with its eye-catching green paint.

Our reserved parking spots are on the same side of the fence as “Greedy Donut”. Look along the fence for our signs proudly displaying the cool Legacy Therapeutics logo right on our parking spots.

In the unlikely event that all our spots are taken, no need to worry! Feel free to park in any nearby non-reserved spot. Just remember to make a note of your license plate number and let our friendly staff know when you enter our office.

When you're pregnant, it's important to keep your body in good shape. But what's even more important is that you have a safe and comfortable place to rest—and that's where prenatal massage comes in. As you're preparing for a baby, you may be wondering if a prenatal massage is right for you.

A prenatal massage is a full body massage like a Swedish massage except for a few modifications with body positioning that can ensure safety and comfort for both mother and baby. It consists of using the techniques of Swedish massage therapy and adapting them to the strains and stress of the body of a woman that is pregnant. Women should always have a discussion with their family doctor about their health before deciding on any type of massage therapy.

It's important that you check with your practitioner before receiving one. Some of the complications that could make pregnancy and/or a prenatal massage risky include diabetes, morning sickness, preeclampsia, high blood pressure, fever, a contagious virus, abdominal pain, or bleeding
Diabetes.

A regular prenatal massage may not only help you relax but may also relieve insomnia, joint pain, neck and back pain, leg cramping, sciatica, swelling in your hands and feet (if that swelling isn't a result of preeclampsia), carpal tunnel pain, headaches and sinus congestion
